My name is Pietro Fanti and I’m a multi-disciplinary artist based in Milan.

With my practice I investigate the complex role of images in the digital era and the contradictory transposition of memories onto photography. Research is a fundamental component of my practice, which urges me to look through a lens traditionally, while also manipulate what I see and collect through contemporary digital tools.

I like to reflect over the photographic reality by capturing clashing elements or placing surreal yet possible external additions.
